High Priestesses

"To look into their eyes is to fall under their spell! Before you know it, they've put that juju on you! Be warned! You may be powerless to resist!"

These are some self initiated pieces I did for an exhibition. They’re the result of a few things that were/are on my mind: headdresses, voodoo, juju, magic and ritual, Mayan and Aztec patterns, the film Apocalypto (which I really like), jungle fauna, green eyes, and some of my favourite ladies to look at.
