Studio Lazerian organised the Gerald Project, inviting over 100 artists to create their own custom coat for Gerald the dog. The results have been turned into an exhibition (debuting at NYCxDesign and now on its way to the London Design Festival), paper models to buy, and a truly beautiful book. It's inspiring to see this project grow and grow. My Gerald is called Billy Maurice and is inspired by natural forms, specifically palms, of which I'm a big fan. He's also a nod to a favourite designer who's work was filled with nature motifs. If you're not sure who I mean, the clue is in the name.
